The Colt New Service is a historic large frame revolver produced by Colt from 1898 to 1941, known for its robust design and versatility in various calibers. It was designed to be a powerful firearm suitable for both military and civilian use. The revolver features a swing-out cylinder, which was a significant innovation at the time. This example dates to 1927. 7.5 inch barrel, six round fluted cylinder, Colt plastic grips. Finish is good but there is some wear on the muzzle end of the barrel. .44-40 Winchester
