Description:
Early Marlin 39A lever-action rifle chambered for 22 short, long and long rifle rounds. Manufactured ca. 1946. Blueing is very good, typical wear, and the barrel is 24" round. Overall very good condition, showing some light thinning, slight sharp edge wear, and some handling marks. The stock and forearm show typical scratches and dings but no cracks or repairs. It has a plastic buttplate with a 13 1/4" length of pull. The bore is great, shiny with good rifling. Very Nice model 39 at a very reasonable price. Serial number is C127**. Ships in a nice soft case.
