Description:
"Serial number 13526, Made in 1866. 44 RF caliber with a 20" barrel. This is an extremely Winchester 1866 Saddle Ring Carbine. There are actually Henry Rifles made after this serial number. The barrel has a mottled gray to brown patina with light scattered pitting. No barrel address can be observed.  The frame is the flat side style with no bevel at the frames edges. The loading gate is also flat with no bevel. This gun is all matching from the frame, stock and butt plate. The wood is good. The forearm has a split running the length down the center at the bottom. The wood is original, but has shrunk. This is a very good example of an early Winchester 1866!

Price: $12,500.00
