Description:
This Winchester was produced in 1903. The musket's serial number is 571032 B. This Musket has the 30 inch barrel chambered for the 44 W.C.F [44-40]. This barrel is in minty condition with a bright bore. The sights are original to this musket. This Musket shows no sign of being fired. The original bluing would rate a 98% or better condition. There is one or so light speckles of blue loss on the right side of the receiver by the hammer area. The color cased lever, trigger and hammer show strong vivid color finish. The stock and hand guard retain all of the original finish. The wood is in fine condition with no issues. There is no cleaning rod in the stock compartment. The barrel bands are in fine new condition. This is a really stunning musket! The color cased finish really stands out! This gun would be a real show case for any fine collection!
