Research states that these models should not be confused with actual L.C. Smith sidelock shotguns. In reality, these models are high quality, less expensive boxlocks built with quality similar to field grade L.C. Smiths. This L.C. Smith Hunter Arms Fulton .20 ga. was made in Fulton, NY between 1915 until 1945. The receiver fore end iron, trigger guard and trigger were all machined (not stamped) from forgings. These models have excellent durability and collector interest. This - The Fulton by Hunter Arms - is in mint condition, 28 in barrels and a decelerator recoil pad added. Photos tell the story. An excellent quick swinging quality shotgun showing condition and won't "break the bank". Buyer pays shipping.
