Description:
Absolutely incredible 1810 British East India Company Short Land Pattern Brown Bess flintlock - marked with vaunted the "Rampant Lion" on lock with a crown over 3 denoting British military service.
During the Napoleonic wars, British parliament requisitioned all British East India Brown Bess muskets for crown usage in the war due to depleted and outdated armory inventories.  This musket is absolutely beautiful in honest patina with clear and legible markings on lock and barrel.  This is one of the finest examples I have come across in condition and beauty.

Overall length:  53 3/8"
Barrel Length:  37 5/8"
.77 Bore

$2200    OBO

Text or call 574-242-1936 with the musket name.  Cashiers Check preferred.  Person Checks are accepted, but adds additional time.
