This is an R. Adams Patent 1851 38-Caliber Dragoon revolver bullet mold, stamped "REGISTERED R. ADAMS 28 NOV 1851" and 38, the sprue cutter stamped 8 as is the privet pin. This example is in very good condition with a nice patina on the brass, cavities remain clean and crisp and signs of use. Extremely well built mold for the cased Adams.;
