Description:
The Colt 3 5 7 is the precursor to the Python, made between 1954 and 1961. It is basically a deluxe model of the Trooper. Comes standard with wide spur target hammer and adjustable Accro rear sights. Note cutout under barrel for the ejector rod. Somewhere around 15,000 made. 4" barrel.
This is a first year example with serial number 1962. Hardly any wear or usage visible. Finish 99%. Grips have minor handling wear. If this was shot or holstered much, it is hard to tell! It would be hard to improve upon this model, let alone a first year production!
