"NSN, .79 caliber, 39.25"" round smoothbore barrel, circa 1794-1809. Overall good condition, barrel is a dark grey/brown patina with surface oxidition noted. Lock plate has been polished with ""Crown and Tower"" still visible. Wood shows scratches, dings and marring. A 3"" crack is visible from the forward of the trigger guard to front side plate screw.
