About Us: I have had great luck in my sales through "GUNS INTERNATIONAL". This is the only site I use and do not plan to change.

Description:
This is an early second model open top heavy frame blued revolver with scoop fluted cylinder and is the scarcest model made by Merwin-Hulbert in the 1870-1880 time frame. It is an early gun with a three digit serial number.  All the numbers match.  The right grip has a small crack. This gun has what was called the "Skull Crusher Grip".  The bore has good rifling and is frosted with minor pitts.  This is a very hard to find model as most of the Merwin-Hulberts were nickel plated.
