Here are some highlights: Offered here is a fine example of the iconic Browning Auto 5, manufactured in Belgium by FN Herstal. This is the classic 12-gauge semi-auto that set the standard for reliability and innovation for generations of sportsmen. Chambered for 2.75" shells and fitted with a 25.5" vent rib barrel choked Modified, it is as versatile as it is timeless. The lightweight alloy receiver retains 99% of its factory protective coating, while all of the original finish remains intact. It is accented with a gold trigger and silver-tone trigger guard, giving it a handsome contrast. The blued steel barrel retains 99% of its original high luster blue and presents beautifully. Mechanically, the gun remains in excellent condition with a smooth cycling action, a crisp trigger, and a clear bore. The walnut stock and forend show minimal handling marks typical of use, but the checkering remains strong and defined. It still wears its FN/Browning buttplate, completing the classic look. At just 6 lbs 13 oz, the gun is light, quick, and would be a pleasure to carry afield. This is what's known as a World Market or European Market FN Belgium Browning Automatic 5. Absolutely beautiful wood and bluing on this Auto 5 and VERY little wear on the gold trigger testifying to the limited use this lovely girl had.
