Nice shooting light weight rifle. This 338-06 weighed 6.2 pounds w/o optics. I found the rifle to be very accurate with Nosler Custom ammunition, 180 gr AB, and handloads with Barnes 210 gr TTSX, 53.9 gr of Varget at 2662FPS, group tightened right up with that load.
