Up for sale is a Springfield Armory 1911-A1 manufactured in 1988. This is a classic steel-frame 1911 in .45 ACP — built with the traditional Springfield quality and American-made workmanship that collectors and shooters appreciate. The recoil spring has been switched out for a new nighthawk custom 18 pound spring but the original recoil spring is included.
Cosmetic & Mechanical Condition
• Overall condition: Good with some usual wear from a lot of trips to range.
• Frame/slide: No major scratches or dings. Bluing is in excellent shape.
• Barrel: Bore is bright and rifling is strong.
• Function: Cycles and locks up properly; no known mechanical issues. Test fired to ensure function and saftey.
