Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 – 12 Gauge – Left Hand Model – 28" Barrel – Priced Below Market
There are a lot of high quality shotgun brands on the market but many folks think that Benelli tops the list. There’s good reason for that. Innovative improvements in the stock, an amazing operating system, a shotgun that runs in tough conditions . . . the list is pretty long.
On consignment, we have a great looking Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 left-handed model. Our gun wears serial number U650907D20. In a very attractive camo finish, this 12 Gauge shotgun will chamber up to 3-1/2" Magnum loads. The 28 inch vent rib barrel has a mid-length metal bead and a fiber optic sight at the muzzle to make target acquisition quick and easy. The Benelli Crio barrel process results in a smooth, high quality finish. One Benelli Improved Cylinder choke is in the gun. We do not have the other chokes. The receiver is also the drilled and tapped version.
The stock is an innovative system as well. The ComforTech 3 stock, essentially, turns the entire stock into a recoil pad that reduces felt recoil. A comfortable recoil pad does sit at the end of the stock as well and the Combtech cheek pad is smooth and comfortable.
The Inertia Driven System in this shotgun is reliable and easy to maintain. It’s also know for continuing to run and function smoothly in very rough conditions. Additionally, it will handle everything from light field loads to heavy magnum shells.
This shotgun is in Very Good – Excellent condition. The bore is clean and the barrel is bright. The stock and barrel are in Excellent condition. The recoil pad is Very Good.
If you’ve watched the sale of these shotguns on the pre-owned market, you know that this one is priced below market average. However, on consignment firearms, the owner gets to set the price and this is where the owner says to sell this one. We think that it’s a heck of a bargain and this is a shotgun that will likely last the rest of your life and the next generation that you pass it along to.
One note to all of the right handers out there about this left-handed model. We lefties have been shooting right-handed guns for most of our life without any issues. So, if you’re a righty and you like this model and the price, don’t let the left-handed issue scare you away. This one will work just fine for you. Take it from a veteran lefty.
