Here is a very good Italian-made Weatherby Mark XXII rifle in .22 long rifle. The barrel is 24" with an excellent bore. There is a ramped front sight, and the rear sight consists of one standing and two folding leaves, marked 50/75/100. An excellent Weatherby Mark XXII 4x50 "ringless" scope is mounted in the grooved receiver. The scope has fine crosshairs and very good optics. The Monte Carlo stock is European walnut with skip-line checkering and a rosewood fore-end. The length of pull is 13 5/8" inluding a thin Weatherby pad. The wood is in good condition with some light scratching on the left side. The weight is 7 lbs (scoped). An excellent vintage Weatherby.
