Description:
Very nice antique pinfire shotgun by Gottlieb Rickenbach of Basel (1834-1910). System Lancaster or T-lock action, double trigger, 29.7" Damascus steel barrels with Damascus rib and Belgian (Liege) proof marks. Good bore condition, straight English walnut stock with some traces of handling. Nickle-plated locks and furniture with some scattered stains and light frosting. Left hammer with an old repair. Very fine light engraving on locks and furniture. OAL=46", LOP=14", good original finish on the barrels. Add this very light and elegant belle epoque 16 gauge shotgun to your collection.
