Description:
This Weatherby Mark V is chambered in what believed to be Roy Weatherby's favorite round, the .257 Weatherby Magnum. The 60 degree bolt throw along with the 9 locking lugs on the bolt make this rifle a super smooth shooter. The previous owner added a muzzle brake to the rifle to help mitigate recoil. The stock shows wear throughout and the barrel has some scratches that are deep but not oxidized. The rifle wears a Redfield base which mounts the Leupold Vari-X III 3.5-10X50mm Optic. .257 Weatherby Magnum
