Description:
For sale is a Spanish-made boxlock side-by-side shotgun made by Zabala Hermanos. Chambered in 12 gauge and dating to 1971, the shotgun features 3" chambers in 28" barrels and is a great classically-styled field gun for an affordable price. The shotgun features a blued receiver and barrels, and the barrels are attached via a checkered solid rib with single brass front bead. The left barrel is bored with a fixed full choke, while the right is bored with a fixed modified choke restriction. The gun features double triggers and a single-piece extractor. The shotgun is dressed in a set of gloss walnut furniture with checkering on the pistol grip and wide beavertail forend. The stock also wears serrated vented rubber buttpad to absorb recoil. This shotgun is in very good condition with good bores and tight fitment. The barrels ring well, with good solders, and the finish is in good condition. There is some finish wear on the tops of the barrels near the groove where the rib attaches, and the wood furniture exhibits some handling and field wear. However, there is no significant damage of note. This shotgun does not include a case or box. 12 Gauge
