"Serial No. G5998, manufactured in 1910, 7.65x53mm, 29½" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching throughout. Barrel’s blue finish is thinning to a grey patina, while the receiver remains in the white with light surface oxidation noted. Stock is in good condition, showing light but expected handling impressions. Cartouches remain sharp and legible. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A fine and well-matched example of the Argentine Model 1909 Mauser, showcasing the superior quality and precision of early DWM Berlin production.
