"Serial No. 3238, manufactured in 1937 by Berlin-Lübecker Maschinenfabrik, 8mm Mauser, 24" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching throughout, including the screws. Metal finish shows blue starting to thin, with factory markings and Waffenamt inspection stamps remaining sharp and well-defined. Stock is in very good condition, displaying light handling marks and stamped with an “H", denoting Heer (Army) issue. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A handsome pre-war Berlin-Lübecker S/237 K98k, produced during Germany’s rapid military expansion period early features.
