Description:
On consignment we have a Marlin model 1892 lever action rifle in .22 LR. This is a late production rifle, circa 1914-1915, and features a straight grip walnut stock and forend with black Marlin buttplate, steel takedown receiver, and 24" octagon barrel with open sights. The stock has been altered with aftermarket checkering and longhorn carving, there are trace amounts of original finish on the receiver and some on the barrel/mag tube, but most of the metal is fine grey patina. Action is functional, bore is lightly frosted throughout. Rear sight is a replacement. C&R eligible.
