33046- WW2 WWII & KOREAN WAR SPRINGFIELD U.S. M1 OR M-1 GARAND .30-06 CAL. RIFLE. Original WW2 1944 production rifle serial numbered in the 2,xxx,xxx range with original 1944 barrel reworked in 1952 at Rock Island Arsenal and barrel proofed and dated “52” as well. All original rebuild with matching stock and handguard. Stock with Rock Island rectangular rebuild “RIA/EB” cartouche on butt and circle “P” proof on pistol grip behind guard. Excellent with 100% Parkerizing on metal and all the wood finish. Excellent bore and working order. Extra nice M1. $1750.
