Description:
Pedro Gorosable was an Eibar gunmaker whose shotguns were popular in Spain under his own name and in the U.K. under the Gunmark label. He made some pretty plain boxlocks, but also some high end sidelocks, of which this is one. It is very similar to an AyA number 2 and Arrieta Sabel. They are all copies of British sidelock guns. Bright coin finish and exquisite scroll engraving. 27" barrels, choked IC and M. Straight grip. Bushed firing pins. Checkered butt. 14 1/4" LOP from front trigger, which is articulated. Anson forend release. Excellent bores. Non-auto safety. Made ca. 1971. There is hardly a mark on this gun. Comes with a hand stitched Brady syle (overlapping lid) case with heavy brass furniture.
