The Matador is a mid-20th century commercial model from AYA — well regarded as a strong, well-made working SxS that handles nicely and represents excellent value in Spanish double shotguns. This example is chambered for 3" .410 shells, and the barrels are choked Modified (right barrel) and Full (left barrel) for versatile patterning. The stock is oil-finished walnut with tasteful checkering on the grip and forend. Action is tight and smooth in operating — the lockwork and extractors/ejectors are properly timed (see closeups of the action and proof marks in the photo set).
