Parker Reproductions are for those who love the idea of a modern technology gun that is distinctly Parker. Faithful to the original design, the workmanship is impeccable, and the guns retain the dependability and handling characteristics so loved by owners of original vintage Parkers. Made for a few short years, there are less than 1500 DHE 28ga. two-barrel set reproductions in existence. This example, sn28-01395 made around 1987 COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL LEATHER CASE, SNAP CAPS, OIL BOTTLE, CLEANING RODS AND JAGS, SLIPCOVER, KEYS, ALL IN SUPERB CONDITION. We added the oil bottle and cleaning accessories, a $150 added value. This 2-barrel set represents a versatile Parker Reproduction and is an investment grade firearm that can be used and enjoyed for decades to come. And with the very desirable 28ga., capped pistol grip stock, splinter forend, and single select trigger, it will always be a desirable gun and will continue to grow in value as you enjoy its use. This gun has gorgeous wood with tiger stripes throughout the stock, finished with a perfectly fit skeleton butt plate, stunning. The full list of specifications is shown in the tables below. This gun weighs just 5lbs. 11oz. with the 26” IC/M barrels and 5lbs. 12oz. with the 28” M/XF barrels on its “00” frame. With this combination of barrels and chokes, all imaginable field and sporting clay scenarios are well covered. Both barrels are factory made-often extra barrels are added at later date and with mis-matching serial numbers, not these, they are original to the gun and are serial numbered. Just look over the photographs and you will agree this is a remarkably clean gun, it may have been shot, if so, there is no residue to spoil the barrel flats and breech. This is the most notable of all the 28ga. Parker DHE Reproductions that have two sets of barrels available on the market today, and at a very reasonable price.
