Description:
1978 Browning Citori two barrel set in 12 Gauge with 3" chambers. The left side of the 26" barrel is marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN JAPAN". The left of the monoblock is marked "04038 B". The left side of the top chamber is marked "**" and the lower is marked "**-". The bottom of the monoblock is marked with proofs. The right of the top barrel is marked "SPECIAL STEEL 12 GA – 2 ¾" AND 3" – 26"". The left side of the 28" barrel is marked "BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q. / MADE IN JAPAN". The left of the monoblock is marked "04038 A". The left side of the top chamber is marked "*" and the lower is marked "**". The bottom of the monoblock is marked with proofs. The right of the top barrel is marked "SPECIAL STEEL 12 GA – 2 ¾" AND 3" – 28"". Both barrels are fitted with a silver front bead sight and ejectors. The sides of the receiver are lightly scroll engraved with the bottom of the receiver marked "BROWNING / Citori". The stocks are a two piece checkered walnut with a pistol grip, fluted straight comb, and finger groove forend. The buttpad is a ventilated brown rubber Browning recoil pad. Stock measurements: (DC-1 1/2", DH- 2 3/8") with a neutral cast. Overall this gun remains in very good condition with some minor handing wear. 12 Gauge

Chambers: Both barrels are chambered for 3" shells.
Metal Condition: Minimal light finish wear on the surfaces. Overall combined about 97% remaining.
Wood Condition: "About 90% with light compression marks on the comb, dings on the belly of the stock along with a few other scattered fine marks on the stock. The forend has a couple marks in the wood at the end by the receiver.
Bore Condition: Both barrels have bright excellent bores.
Barrels: 26" and 28" barrels.
Triggers: Single trigger.
Stock Dimensions:
LOP 14 1/8".
Fore End: Checkered with finger groove.
Butt Pad: Rubber.
Sights: Both are a silver front bead.
Chokes: Both are fixed chokes.
