Gorgeous Talo Distributors Colt MK IV Series 80 Gold Cup National Match stainless steel pistol, made in 2010 in a special series of only 400 pistols, cal. .45, serial number RSG237, highly polished stainless steel construction with 5" NM barrel, blued front sight and Elliason fully adjustable rear sight. The left side of slide is marked "SERIES '80 COLT MK IV" and "GOLD CUP NATIONAL MATCH" with rampant Colt logo, while the right side of slide displays "GOLD CUP NATIONAL MATCH". Right side of frame with Colt address over full serial number. Adjustable lightweight trigger and factory jeweled hammer. Fitted with checkered Rosewood grips having large diamonds around allen head screws and gold rampant Colt medallions. Accompanied by two stainless steel magazines marked "COLT 45 AUTO/8-RD" with Colt logo and 5 cartridge indicator holes, Complete with original blue plastic case and extensive documentation including Colt National Match Series Gold Cup .45 informational materials, NRA membership materials, and various factory literature, hang tag, and accessories including spare recoil spring, sight adjustment tool and front bushing wrench. The National Match M1911 pistols are hand fitted and tuned for National Match competitions, with Colt beginning production of "Gold Cup National Match" pistols in 1957, and the Series 80 version representing the top-of-the-line for Colt in their 1911 series during its production run. Condition:

Virtually new with only a few very fine hairline scratches upon careful inspection in just the right light. Grips as new. Primary magazine with just the tiniest insertional scuffing. Mirror bore. Correct manual mechanics. The other accessories, literature, hang tag and case are virtually new as befitting such an elaborate limited production pistol!
