These very handy and accurate little woods carbines were made from 1964 to 1967, this as a 1967 Gun was the last yr of standard production. Distinquised by their L shapped bolt and ventalted rib they were and are quite unique. Chambered in many cals but this one in .308 is capable of handling most of the game on the continent. Scope is a brand we do not know anything about but it is a very clear low power variable on see thru mounts. Sights for these are commonly avail on ebay and outher sources. Often on these the ribs are damaged but this one is NOT broken and often oun these the "floor plate: is also warped BUT THIIS ONE IS NOT...Length overall is only about 37" and barrel is 18...handy for truck, atv or horse
