Description:
Here is an excellent LC Smith Ideal Grade SxS shotgun in 20 gauge with 26" barrels. This featherweight shotgun is in immaculate condition with beautiful wood, automatic ejectors, selective Hunter One single trigger, beavertail forend, and single sighting plane rib. Barrels are choked improved cylinder/modified with bright and shiny bores. The stock and forend do not exhibit any cracks, gouges, or significant imperfections in any way.
This iLC Smith is 1 of 23 ever produced. There were a total of 3,659 ideal grade LC Smith shotguns made between 1912-1950. Of those, only 1,224 were produced with factory 26" barrels. Of the 1.224 produced only 23 were ever produced in this configuration.
