Description:
From a mid-west sale, a Pedersoli Pennsylvania Carbine 50 cal. Percussion Rifle. The stock has very nice wood with no cracks or chips; however there are a few light scratches and handling marks (see photos). The stock has a contoured brass butt plate, nose cap and trigger guard (see photos). Very nice Color Case Hardened lock and hammer. 28" octagon barrel with 2 brass thimbles, but the ram rod is missing The metal finish is a uniform blue with a few spots of surface oxidation (see photos). The double set triggers function as they should and the rifle has a crisp lock with a strong hammer spring (see photos). The only fault I can find with this rifle is the missing ram rod. I bought this rifle as new unfired and after looking it over, due to the condition of the percussion nipple and surrounding metal, I do not believe it has ever been fired. I received no box or paper work with the rifle and have no way to prove it is unfired; therefore, I am offering it with a 100% satisfaction guarntee. If the rifle fails to live up to your expectations in any way return it for a full and speedy refund including return shipping (see my feedback). No reserve.
