"Serial No. A9197, manufactured in 1895 by Ludwig Loewe & Co., Berlin, 7x57mm, 29½" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching throughout. Rifle retains approximately 95% of its original blue finish, with scattered light surface oxidation visible in small areas. Stock remains in very good condition, showing light handling marks and a handsome, well-defined cartouche on the right buttstock. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A fine, all-matching example of the Chilean Model 1895 Mauser.
