"Serial No. D86532, manufactured in 1942 at the Lithgow Small Arms Factory, .303 British, 25" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching, magazine is unmarked. Metal finish has toned to a smooth grey patina with sharp factory markings remaining visible. The buttstock is dated 1943 and bears unit markings, adding historical context to its wartime service. Stock shows expected handling and usage marks, while the magazine follower retains traces of cosmoline. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
