Description:
This is a very nice used Dan Wesson Classic Commander Bobtail CBOB 4.25" Stainless Steel 1911 chambered in .45 ACP. Barrel is the factory match grade 4.25" length. Comes with the original case, 2 original dan wesson 8 round magazines, user manual, and factory empty shell. The SKU# on this pistol is 01912 and it was originally purchased in California and it is on the CA approved roster. Has the factory double diamond wood grips. This pistol is in great condition besides some normal holster wear and faint scratches on the slide which you can see in the pictures, but overall just a beautiful pistol. It was carried more often than being shot. It is nice and tight and functions great. I've never had a single failure using any type of ammo and I have only every fired factory ammo, no reloads. The barrel and rifling is very sharp and crisp. The trigger is light and crisp as well. It has Trijicon HD night sites that have a date code of 18 and still have life left in. The pistol itself was manufactured in 2009 as can be seen on the date on the original shell casing pouch. Do your research on these Dan Wesson pistols and you will see that they are very renowned for their quality, fitment, and one of the best deals on a high-end 1911 on the market. This is one of the best carry 1911's that you can buy. Very nice to carry with the bobtail grip that prevents the sharp edge you normally have to deal with on a 1911.
