"Serial No. LG7475, manufactured in 1946, 7.62x54R, 20½" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching throughout. Rifle remains in very good overall condition, showing light handling and storage wear consistent with arsenal preservation. Metal finish retains much of its original blue, and the hardwood stock displays only minor impressions from service use. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A solid postwar example of the Mosin–Nagant M44 carbine, featuring the characteristic folding bayonet and rugged reliability typical of late Soviet production.
