"SN: FW191908 made circa early 1940’s. 16 gauge side by side shotgun with 28" barrels, 2 5/8" chambers and fixed chokes IC/IM. Side lock with extractors, double triggers and an automatic safety. 15" LOP to the original butt plate with a drop of 1 ¼ to 2" which is unusual for a gun of this vintage to have such modern dimensions. Blued barrels, case hardened action and nicely figured American walnut checkered furniture. Some speckling throughout the blue and a small chip off the toe of the butt plate but much of the original case color is visible on the action and the barrels are tight and on face with the top lever resting right of center. Overall in very good condition for the age.
