This is a Standard Grade , low comb.The rifle is in the VERY RARE 7MM. I rate the rife at 98% as pertains to the bluing and wood condition. The rifling is like new as is the bore.  The rifle has seen very little use and has basically been a gun safe queen. The rifle is totally original and is from my personal collection.  The wood does exhibit some handeling marks that would not photo. The is one handeling mark on the bottom of the pistol grip. See pic. The bluing is near perfect on the metal surfaces.  The bolt handle appears as new, an indication of the little use of the rifle. I have handeled Winchester mdl.70's,  pre 64 for over 40 years and this rifle has some of the nicest wood I have ever seen on a standard grade rifle.  There is one very slight  and I mean , very slight blemish on the barrel mid way on thr right side that would not photo.  I have priced the rifle at what I feel is an honest assessment of it's value and not some extreme insane figure. This is one beautiful PRE WAR 7MM. Additional pics upon request. SERIOUS inquires only. ( Dont waiste my time or yours!! ) The checkering is like new and the serial number on the bolt matches the receiver.  The shell follower is like new as is the chamber. I only ship in a hard case.  The rear bridge has not been drilled. (The rifle has the ORIGINAL factory wood and blueing finish.)
