Description:
*VERY NICE* showing little use. 1962( 2nd year.) 44 mag. Carbine. Bore is excellent and action and loading trough show little wear. Blue is 98%+. Wood appears to have had a clear lacquer topcoat put over factory finish for a bit more lustre and looks good. A bit of figure in wood on back end of butt. I would rate wood 98%. Has had sling posts added. Original sights are present and rifle is equipped with Weaver pivot mounts to allow for iron sight usage in quick order. In those mounts, well suited to this rifle, sits a USA (Denver) Redfield 2-3/4X scope with a hunting Dot and crosshair. Front lens ring has discolored to plum. Scope is clear with no cloudiness.
