Description:
"Serial No. B56436, manufactured circa 1934, 8mm, 24" round barrel. This early Standard Modell Mauser rifle remains in very good overall condition, retaining much of its original pre-war finish. The receiver retains approximately 95–97% blue, while the barrel shows light thinning to a smooth grey patina. The bolt is non-matching, and all factory markings remain clear and sharp. The hardwood stock displays light handling impressions consistent with careful use, with good fit and finish throughout. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A fine example of a pre-WWII commercial Mauser Banner rifle, representing the transitional period between the Standard Modell and the later K98k military pattern.
