This Blaser was the consigners backup gun, so while it doesn't have the bells and whistles of a brand new F3 [i.e. painted logo, fancy wood, etc.] it does still have everything that make a Blaser F3 mechanically so amazing. This guy has got pretty basic wood on it and the receiver has been left in its straight matte black finish. The stock still has the balance weights in it, however there are no weights underneath the forend and none included in this package.
We did do a once over with a new coat of Tru-oil to wake up that wood just a little bit and give it a protective layer, and the consigner had an official Blaser USA service done back in July of this year (2025). Overall this is a great chance to own a mechanically impressive shotgun at an affordable price.
Things To Note:
- There is a small amount of wear on the matte finish near the breach on the barrel as well as in select points around the hinge (the hinge points are very minor)
- There are a couple of very small nicks in the forend, and stock
- The rib hinge pin has a small amount of play to it, enough to make a small rattle sound when closing the action. The front bead and POI adjustments are solid and will not change due to this.
- There is only one allen wrench provided in this package, it is for comb adjustments. Reccomend getting a full metric allen wrench set.
