A Certificate of Conformance [see pictures] is included listing the load used in testing, the barreled action is stainless steel coated with Teflon, the action design incorporates a Model 70 style 3-position safety. H-S manufactures all components in-house. Their cut rifled barrel are used by many ballistics labs.
