Nice Condition 1st Generation Colt Single Action Army in 41 Colt with the 5 1/2" barrel.
The gun was shipped to Colt's San Francisco Agency on October 25, 1901 in a one gun shipment.
It retains quite a bit of the original color case hardening and high polish blue. See the attached pictures for more detail. The gun is in good mechanical condition and the action works as it should.
Records show the 41 Colt was the 5th most produced caliber in the 1st Generation SAA but when found are usually in well worn condition.
The gun would make an excellant addition to any Colt SAA collection.
