H&R single shot shotgun (Maybe a New Englander??) Gauge, Chamber and Choke NOT MARKED---Will need to be verified by a gunsmith. It appears to be a 12 gauge with a 2 3/4" chamber and fixed modified choke. This shotgun has had some "customization done" Sling swivels where added, an ill-fitting Mossberg butt pad and I think the vent rib ws also added. This would be a great first shotgun for a new young hunter and would work well for birds, deer (slugs) or even a turkey hunt. Interested?
