Smith & Wesson Model 57 .41 Magnum. Made circa 1979, serial N671695 is consigned by the original owner. Features include a six-inch barrel (pinned, integral serrated rib, front sight blade with red insert), adjustable rear sight (white outline), color case hammer (wide, checkered spur), recessed cylinder, color case trigger (wide, serrated face) and checkered wood grips. CONDITION: The bore is outstanding. Cylinder walls are smooth. All aspects of mechanics are solid. Metal finish is at least 95 percent owing to minor holster wear. Grips are at least 98 percent. LEATHER: A custom-ordered belt rig (circa 1985) from Idaho Leather Company (elk suede lining, rawhide accent, 18 cartridge loops, 38-inch belt as marked and measured to center hole) is included and in exceptional condition. INCLUSIONS: A factory presentation case (which came with the revolver from the factory with insert for a 6.5-inch barrel length N-frame), unmarked blue factory box (again, as from the factory) and papers are present. The price is firm and layaway is available. $2,850 plus shipping.
