Nice Mauser, Model 98, from the S/27 (Berlin-Luebeck) factory dated 1937. All the visible parts show matching s/n and the stock has a 37 in the sling indent matching the date code. Overall this has a rating of good to very good, with a number of handling marks which can be described best as "military fair." The bore is quite good and after passing a couple of patches, is quite bright. None
