Description: This rifle was apparently produced by Martin Kruschit, a gunsmith who developed a firearms company in Berlin/Vienna. This rifle appears to be based upon a k98 Mauser action, whether Mauser or Martin built the action is conjecture. It features a double set trigger, a barrel with half-round forepart, and the remainder appears hexagonal in cross-section.The top of the barrel is a solid rib with matte surface. The scope is mounted in a Griffin & Howe heavy-duty scope mount. The stock wood is a select grade of walnut with striking grain and figure. It has an elevated comb with cheek piece, and a pronounced "nose." It has an internal box magazine with a hinged floor plate. The floor plate and trigger guard are completely engraved with a game scene and floral fill. This a rare, one-of-a-kind firearm. .30-06 Price: $2,899.99 Chambers: 4 rounds Metal Condition: Very good.
