Description:
The Savage 220 was built from 1938 until 1965. Between 1949 and 1952, production of the 220 is halted. It returns in 1953. Compared to other single shot guns of that time period which still had exposed hammers, the model 220 was a modern design with top lever opening and a tang mounted safety. This example is still in good shape and would be great for the first time hunter. 20 Gauge
