Description:
This is a correct Argentine M1909 Second Pattern Bayonet and Scabbard Matching Numbers. The unsharpened 15 3/4" blade is in very good+ condition with bright finish and ricasso marked "Weyersberg" over "Kirschbaum & Co." over "Solingen" and the reveres marked "Modelo Argentino 1909" in arc over Argentine Crest over "C4258", Star-A proofmark on spine. The guard and pommel are in very good condition with light oxidation. The wood grips are very good condition. The matching scabbard is marked "C4258" and "D" and quartered circle and "RA" inside an oval on the finial and has little of the original finish with a dent or two but still good+ condition. ;
