Description:
Absolutely stunning exhibition grade 12ga. Tight English scroll surrounding the center floral bouquet. Wood to metal fit is excellent, engraving is also top notch (Browning/FN engravers really excel at floral patterns). Scalloped receiver matched to the stock to allow the lines to flow through both pieces. Wood grain and finish are extremely nice and topped off with factory checkered butt and engraved screws. Also sports a hand matted rib, checkered trigger, and script barrel lettering. All aspects of this gun are a step above the standard production grades (Grade 1 through Midas) and really can't be appreciated until you sit and compare them side by side.
Factory inventory ledger lists this gun as the following: 12ga 28" F/F, PG (pistol grip), Schnabel FA (forearm), checkered butt. Group B, $3850 retail, $3040 wholesale.
The only discrepancy from the factory ledger is the chokes which are currently marked Improved Cylinder instead of Full. Likely done at the Arnold MO facility upon being imported to the states from the factory inventory. I have requested a letter from Browning on this gun as well but unsure if one exists depending on the manner it was imported from Belgium.

Mint condition throughout, looks to be sparsely handled and potentially factory fired only.
