Winchester Model 42 A Robertson Master Engraved Signed Gold Inlaid .410 Ga
DISCRIPTION
Manufactured in 1948 and subsequently upgraded with relief gold inlaid hunting dog and bird scenes on either side of the receiver, scroll engraving, and a Simmons vent rib. Signed "A. Robertson Engr." above the ejection port. Chamber marked 3", choke marked modified, and 14" LOP. Includes an extra well-figured and carved stock and forend set
Condition
Very good, with nearly all of the finishes, plum hue on the action, light handling evidence, a tiny chip from the right stock head, and crisp checkering. Mechanically needs work, improperly assembled and suck. Extra wood is very good.
