Description:
This Winchester Model 70 in .30 Govt 06 (.30-06 Springfield) is in very good overall condition. The blue finish does show wear consistent with a firearm of this era. The wood stock shows some handling marks from previous use. The bore shows distinct rifling. The factory rear sight is missing, but a rear peep sight has been added. Sling swivel studs are also present. The serial number (2636) indicates this rifle was manufactured in the late 1930s. No box. .30-06 Springfield
